The number one question we get asked, after of course the price, is how long will a roof replacement job take. A standard roof replacement will take two to three days, depending on the city inspections in your area. Our professional coordinators will go through the process from beginning to end before we start to roof so you know exactly what to expect.

The day you choose to go with Sonrise Roofing we will set a start date. We will call you the day before the job starts to remind you of the appointment. Because we start between 7 and 8 in the morning, you’ll need to have your cars out of the driveway and garage area the night before. When we arrive we will knock on the door and give you the roofing permit and explain the inspection process. Then we pull a truck in the driveway and immediately begin tearing off your roof.

By the end of the day we will have your roof in watertight condition. The next day there will be an inspection by the city, after which, we will start putting on your new roof. Once the roof is completed, we will clean up around the yard and do our final inspection. This is just a short overview.
