Our Bay Area commercial roofers install and maintain PVC roofing systems

IB roofing products are PVC (polyvinyl chloride) reinforced membranes that are primarily used on large commercial or industrial roofs. It first became popular in England in the 1960s and soon found favor here because of its ability to be heat welded creating a seamless sheet of protective coverage for large expanses of roof.

In addition to the ability to cover a huge expanse, IB roofing materials can be made in a large spectrum of colors including reflective white. It also has a high resistance to punctures and impact damage as well as being highly fire resistant. Vinyl roofing materials don’t lose their flexibility in low temperatures and are tolerant of high temperatures as well. IB roofing is can be attached to fiberglass support backing or be produced with a fleece backing that covers irregular surfaces. There is literally no roof that can’t be covered.

One of the most impressive uses of this roof material is the using the multiple color choices available to put company logos on the roof so it can be seen from a distance.

Imagine the impact that could have if your building is readily seen from the highway!
